Case / Tinkr / 2026

The work was always meaningful. Now it's visible.

Insights, strategy and a new website for a Norwegian consultancy working across the public, private and humanitarian sectors. Built on who Tinkr already was, and made clear for the people who need to trust them.

01 / The starting point

They asked for a shared DNA, and a website that could carry it.

Tinkr came to us at a turning point. Three sectors, several continents, and a track record to match. What was missing was a digital presence that showed it. So before building anything, we started with the roots.Tinkr came to us at a turning point. Three sectors, several continents, and a track record to match. The ceiling

77%

of the clients we surveyed had found Tinkr through a referral or their network. Just one through the website.

03 / The alignment

Three sector teams, one direction to act on.

We brought the teams together in another workshop and let the insights lead a structured decision: which position to lead with, where the tone should land, and which differentiators hold. All three landed in the same place. We brought the teams together in another workshop and let the insights lead a structured decision: which position to lead with, where the tone should land, and which differentiators hold. All three landed in the same place. It wasn't a new identity. It was one they'd been living for years, now named and shared.

“We are more, if not completely, aligned, and we have a clearer structure, direction and way of thinking about how we develop and use the website as our public face: how it shouldn't do everything, but do some things really well, with the user's perspective and logic.”

“The new site gives our clients and partners a clearer and more complete picture of us. We can now show who we are, what we deliver and what makes Tinkr unique in a simpler way, driven by what users need, with a design that reflects our values and profile.”

The handover

Built in Webflow, so Tinkr can run the site themselves.

Everything that changes often lives in the Webflow CMS: cases and projects, colleagues, courses, frameworks and tools, client quotes, partners and logos, offices and countries.

For the handover we wrote a detailed guide, How to keep tinkr.no up to date: where things live, how to add a case or a colleague, how to publish a change, and what to leave alone.

  • The cover of the guide “How to keep tinkr.no up to date”.
  • The page “Find what you need”: everyday tasks and where in the guide to find them.
  • A page on creating a new item in the Webflow CMS, with screenshots.

“Just as important is that we can maintain the site ourselves. We easily add new cases and update content as our work evolves.”

05 / What changed

From a site they rarely showed, to something they're proud to share.

Practically: a website that explains what Tinkr does to people who have never met them. Strategically: a position that matches what Tinkr has already proven.Practically: a website that explains what Tinkr does to people who have never met them, in the language decision-makers need to assess risk and approve budgets. Strategically: a position that matches what Tinkr has already proven.

It was always there. Now it's visible.

Note / Naming to be confirmed with Tinkr

  1. A scaling framework adopted by UN Women, IOM and NORCAP.
  2. A leadership programme with Karolinska Institutet across Uganda, Somalia and DRC.
  3. Innovation audits for Norway's four largest humanitarian organizations.
  4. KS-approved courses in fifty municipalities.

Note / Naming to be confirmed with Tinkr

The website is the part you can see. The real value is underneath: a shared foundation that shows what Tinkr is capable of, to exactly the people who need to see it.

07 / Where this could begin for you

Not sure whether you need a website, a new story, or a smarter way of working?

We always start with the roots. Sometimes that turns into a full strategy process. Just as often it turns into a conversation, a few questions, and a clearer brief for the thing you were already planning.

Sixty minutes, free, with both of us. If you want to go further, you get a proposal shaped to what you actually need.
